Fernando Alonso Criticizes Aston Martin’s Lack of Discounts during Car Presentation
During the unveiling of his new car, two-time Formula One world champion Fernando Alonso exposed Aston Martin for not offering any discounts. In an interview with PlanetF1, Alonso revealed that when he inquired about employee or driver discounts, he was told there were none. He jokingly mentioned, «No freebies for me. They lend it to me, and at the end of the year, I give it back.»
Alonso expressed his excitement for the Valkyrie, calling it a true F1 car for the road that incorporates Aston Martin’s racing expertise and technology. The Spanish driver eagerly anticipates hitting the road in the new vehicle.
